The straps are in the back ... I must have missed them but the support team for this product is very good, they called me and helped me out, worth a buy.

Well made and great size

Bigger than I thought which is a good thing. Love the fact it has 3 different ways to carry it. All my gym gear plus towel and toiletries will easily fit with room to spare. Would also be a great overnight/weekend away bag which I'll probably get another one .
